Job Description
As a rental and repair technician, I was dealing with customers on a daily basis. It was my job to provide any type of need that the shop could provide. I was constantly fitting customers with skis, boots, poles, helmets, and goggles. When dealing with rentals, it was extremely important to fill out paperwork thoroughly, and understand the type of skier that you were dealing with. Another important part of the job was maintaining our rental fleet and tuning customer's equipment. We needed to ensure our customers were equipped with the best possible equipment. Retail sales were also a part of the job, as I was learning sales techniques to fit the needs of any customer. It was awesome to show off the latest and greatest gear that we had to offer.
